Affirmations

 

Using positive affirmations on a daily basis can help you to stay focused and balanced within your body. I use it on a daily basis to help me to keep my head up and really helps me to understand that I am here for a greater purpose, see positive affirmation. Whenever you hear that voice that has nothing nice to say is when you got to stop it and turn that thought around. This does take practice and it is good to just take time out daily to read or listen to postive affirmations to train your mind to do this and to help you to have positive programing which will make turning your thoughts around become easier and the less dependant you will be on reading daily affirmations. But I do love reading, listening and saying them as they help me to keep a positive outlook and more inspiration in life

 

Affirmations are so beautiful and inspired from the soul in which they are helping to keep us conscious of our life and that we are all deserving of having love, joy and happiness. Eventually you may even become your own affirmation as your life blossoms when you are choosing to have a different perspective on your life and what you want to see it become. 

 

Now some people do not have belief in the power of affirmations but I strongly believe that is what helped me during my awakening as I had been seeking since I was a teenager (not knowingly). At the beginning Meditation, affirmations and listening to many different inspiring teachers amongst all of the learning to let go. What I come to know about affirmations is to just allow yourself to be present with the affirmation, breathing it in and feeling it in your heart space as this is center of your whole existence. Realizing that everything that affects you in all areas of your life will come back to affect the heart. So feel the love as each affirmation enters into this space and bring a peaceful presence.

I reassure my self by telling myself that everything is OK and is as it should be.

I am patient, full of trust and provide safety to myself by staying connected and in the moment of each and every action.

I am finding wholeness in myself every passing day

Dew

I allow myself to be open to everything and everyone that may come into my path

Tranquil forest

I allow myself to always and forever (infinitely) be loving, light and positive energy.

Lilly Pond

I am who I am, the flow of life, constant flowing life. Always growing with every present moment. I am blooming, budding and transforming into my infinite being of light.
