Nutritional Support and Services
There is lots of help out there for those of us who are needing the help to get nutrition right in life. So many ways to acheive the right lifestyle in which you are looking for and if you don't know how to do it or even know where to start, there are those who are experts to help those of us who need it. They are there to give the support you need to succeed and make the change easier. A person to give you information relevant to what you are wanting to incorporate and a ear to listen when times get challenging. A registered Dietitian!
Amanda is part of my food journey, she helped me to get organized and learn how to prepare meals and incorporate them into lunches, she created meal plans for me as I had a very stressful time once Adara started school as she really liked certains foods and well I just can't make her sandwiches as she wouldn't eat them. They would end up being picked apart and honestly I wanted her lunches to be what she is interested in and enjoys. So I found myself a registered Dietitian who does house calls. She really showed me how to look at my food differently and taught me how to be more creative with my food. The way that she was organized, cooks and not to mention her awesome recipes inspired me to really take care of how I prepare and treat my food. Thanks Amanda! I 'm so glad that I found her and I know that she is always inspiring others all the time with her cooking skills and unsurmounted creativity when it comes to food ideas.
